POSITION INFO:
A specialist provider of automation and electrical solutions is looking for a technically strong Sales Engineer to grow business in KwaZulu-Natal.
This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in VSDs, PLCs, and switchgear, who can engage confidently with engineers, maintenance teams, and industrial clients.
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales of VSDs, PLCs, switchgear, or automation solutions
- Strong background in industrial or manufacturing environments
- Ability to engage technically with engineers and plant personnel
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across KwaZulu-Natal
- Track record of achieving sales targets
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Develop new business and grow existing accounts in KwaZulu-Natal
- Engage with clients on automation and electrical solutions
- Conduct site visits and technical discussions
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and close deals
- Manage the full sales cycle and maintain pipeline reporting
